Customer feedback confirms that the High-Rise condos are robust, leading to increased bookings, while the Low-Rise condos remain unaffected by the earthquake.

The management team, led by Ms. Anonglak Patthayanun, Managing Director, along with engineers and specialists, conducted on-site inspections of the buildings.

On March 28, 2025, an earthquake occurred throughout Thailand, raising concerns among many customers of High-Rise condominiums regarding structural integrity and strength. However, CMC's High-Rise condos did not suffer significant damage, particularly the currently sold units such as The QVET Tiwanon and The Clef Riverline Chao Phraya – Phra Nakhon Nuea, which only experienced minor architectural damage. With careful design and strict adherence to every step, the company promptly sent teams of engineers and specialists to inspect all buildings, instilling confidence in customers. This led to existing residents purchasing additional units and recommending friends to buy during the crisis through the "Member Get Member" program.

As a result of these events, consumers are increasingly interested in Low-Rise condos, which offer advantages in terms of tranquility and privacy, allowing for easy evacuation in emergencies. Feedback from residents and customers across all CMC projects indicates a unanimous agreement that CMC's Low-Rise condos, including the Chateau in Town series, the Cirocco series, and the Bangkok Feliz series, are strong and beautiful, with units largely unaffected by the earthquake or only minimally impacted, reinforcing the quality and strength of both the building structures and the brands “Chateau in Town,” “Cirocco,” and “Bangkok Feliz.” Additionally, CMC's horizontal projects, such as Chateau Village Westgate – Ban Kluai and Casa Diva Sathorn – Kalapapruek, also remained unaffected.

The brand “Chateau in Town” has been developed over many years by companies within the CMC Group, strategically located in prime areas such as Sukhumvit, Ratchada, Ratchayothin, Phaholyothin, Vibhavadi, Charansanitwong, and Rama 8.
